1.保固方式 環球新瑞保證所有產品在保固期間內,若出現材料或功能上的瑕疵與故障,環球新瑞將以維修或更換同等級產品的方式來服務消費者。對已經停產且無法維修之產品,將按折舊後之市價退款,或以更換高一級之產品方式處理,並於顧客予以確認後辦理。唯環球新瑞有限公司保留裁量權。 2. 有限保固 本保固條款之適用範圍,不包括產品因非自然或外在因素所造成的損壞,且環球新瑞就儲存性產品內的資料恕不負責。 如有下列狀況發生,則產品皆不適用於環球新瑞產品保固條款: (1)因天災、人為不當操作等非產品本身之因素故障時。 (2)產品經過非本公司授權之技術人員維修或拆裝時。 (3)保固標籤或防拆標籤被更改,破損或遺失時。 (4)產品序號不符或序號破損、不清楚時。 (5)透過非環球新瑞授權之經銷管道所購買之產品。 3. 免責條款 環球新瑞僅就本公司產品之維修與檢測負責,未提供產品內儲存資料的救援或備份服務。對任何因素造成本公司產品內所儲存的資料遺失,本公司不負任何責任。 環球新瑞對於送修之運送過程中因任何因素造成之產品不良或損壞及資料遺失亦不負責,建議您於送修前先將儲存於本公司產品內之所有資料自行備份並從送修產品中刪除。 在適用法律允許的最大範圍內,任何因使用本公司產品所致或有關之營利損失、預期成本損失、資料遺失、或其他間接、意外或衍生性之損失或損傷, 環球新瑞均不負任何賠償責任。 環球新瑞公司之產品非為高安全性的用途所設計,本公司不建議您將本公司產品應用於生命維持設備、或其他因產品之瑕疵或故障可能會導致人身傷亡的設備中,包括但不限於醫療或其相關設備、軍事或其相關設備、航空器、交通控制設備、災害預防系統、燃燒控制系統、核能設備。倘本公司產品經使用於此類應用中時,本公司將不對此應用所衍生之任何人身傷亡及任何損失負責。 其他聲明 1.上述保固條款為唯一且全部的,將取代所有其它口頭或書面之約定,且未伴隨其他未於此載明之任何本產品適銷性或適用於特定目的之保證,不論明示或默示。 2.若特定國家區域之法令對於產品保固期有最長時間限制,環球新瑞將在該特定國家區域法律允許之最大範圍內,對當地之消費者提供技術支援與保固服務。 3.若特定國家區域之法令不允許默示保證責任之排除,環球新瑞僅承認該默示保證責任於該特定國家區域在環球新瑞明示的保固期限內有效。 4. 保固條款適用的對象 環球新瑞保固服務條款,僅適用於透過合法銷售通路購得本公司產品的消費者。 5.保固期限 (1)硬碟: 環球新瑞之”NRGHDD”品牌USB3.0硬碟,皆享有一年至五年保固不等(請詳環球新瑞產品保固清冊),即自購買日起,產品若因自然因素損壞,可享有環球新瑞保固維修服務。若對已經停產且無法維修之產品,將按折舊後之市價退款,或以更換高一級之產品方式處理,並於顧客予以確認後辦理。 (2)快閃記憶體記憶碟: 隨身碟 環球新瑞之”NRGFLASH”品牌USB3.0隨身碟,皆享有一年至終身保固不等(請詳環球新瑞產品保固清冊),即自購買日起,產品若因自然因素損壞,可享有環球新瑞保固維修服務。若對已經停產且無法維修之產品,將按折舊後之市價退款,或以更換高一級之產品方式處理,並於顧客予以確認後辦理。 6.其他注意事項 (1)具儲存功能之產品,請於送修前先將產品內的原有資料自行備份留存。環球新瑞不保證維修過程中仍可保有資料的完整性。 (2)部份產品之維修是採用備品更換方式作業,故維修後之產品可能非原本之送修品。 (3)由於產品汰換快速,遇該款產品停產或不再維修服務時,環球新瑞將以同等級「替代品」更換之。 (4)授權維修中心現場若已無備品可供消費者更換時,將會提供同族群的產品規格以供更換,或以維修品代收送方式處理,環球新瑞不提供不同容量換貨及指定顆粒週期之服務。 7.送修方式 請自行將購買證明影本及產品送至環球新瑞客服維修中心或可先行電話/email聯繫環球新瑞客服維修中心,並留下回覆大名/電話/email,以利後續作業。 環球新瑞客服維修中心 地址:台北市敦化北路50巷23號1樓 電話:02-8773-5886 傳真:02-3393-0752 電郵:nrgstore@nrsgt.com |
